These services do not constitute medical diagnosis, podiatric care, or treatment, and do not replace evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment by a licensed physician or podiatrist. No medical diagnoses are made, medications prescribed, or invasive or surgical procedures performed. If, during the course of care, conditions are identified that may require medical or podiatric evaluation, including but not limited to infection, wounds, ulcers, or circulatory concerns, the client will be advised to seek care from an appropriate licensed healthcare provider. All services are provided on a private-pay basis, and no insurance billing is submitted. Mobile nursing foot care services are provided in the client’s residence or location of choice for convenience.
